1. Parties and Definitions

• Seller: MTAS Tekstil Sanayi ve Limited Şirketi (Vip Stones), residing at Mimar Kemalettin, Hayriye Tüccarı Cd. No:47, Fatih/Istanbul.

• Buyer: Real or legal person visiting the website, purchasing Vip Stones products for commercial or individual purposes.

2. Scope of Service

Vip Stones offers wholesale, export, and private label production services in the menswear category (T-shirts, sweatshirts, shirts, etc.). The design, fabric quality, and production standards of the products are under the guarantee of our company.

3. Order and Payment

• For wholesale orders, the specified prepayment or the total amount must be collected in order for the order to be processed.

• In private label projects, mass production is not started without sample approval and a signed contract.

• Payments are made by bank transfer, EFT, or other mutually agreed secure payment methods.

4. Production and Intellectual Property

• The copyright of all designs, visuals, and content sold under the Vip Stones brand belongs to MTAS Tekstil. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

• In the private label service, the legal responsibility for the logos and designs provided by the buyer belongs to the buyer. Vip Stones cannot be held responsible for the infringement of third-party rights by these designs.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Our company is not responsible for deformations caused by misuse of the products or failure to comply with washing instructions.

• Vip Stones does not accept responsibility for delivery delays that may occur due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, customs strikes, etc.); however, it is obliged to inform the business partner.

6. Dispute Resolution

Istanbul (Caglayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for any disputes that may arise from these terms.
