Return policy

As Vip Stones (MTAS Tekstil Sanayi ve Limited Şirketi), we base our wholesale and export-oriented production processes on customer satisfaction and sustainable cooperation. The return and exchange processes of the purchased products are carried out within the framework of the following rules:

1. General Return Conditions

In wholesale and export-oriented sales, unlike standard retail sales, return transactions are only accepted in the following cases:

• Production Defect: Fabric flaw, sewing error, or non-standard technical defects in the series.

• Incorrect Product Shipment: Shipment of a different model, color, or size set than specified in the order form.

• Missing Product: The package content not matching the invoice during shipment.

2. Custom Production (Private Label) Returns

In Custom Production and Production for Your Own Brand projects carried out upon the request of our business partners, since the products are produced with customer-specific specifications (after sample approval is obtained), it is not possible to make returns or exchanges other than for production defects.

3. Notification and Process

• Inspection Period: Physical inspection must be made and any defects must be reported within 7 business days from the receipt of the products.

• Notification Channel: Return or exchange requests must be forwarded with a photocopy of the invoice, photos of the relevant product, and a text containing the defect description via our WhatsApp line at +90 535 077 0983 or our corporate communication channels.

4. Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted

• Products that have been used, washed, or whose original packaging/tag is damaged.

• Notifications made more than 7 business days after delivery.

• Damages occurred during transportation and not recorded in a report by the cargo company.

5. Refund and Exchange

For approved return requests, according to the customer’s preference:

1. If available in stock, the defective product is exchanged with a flawless one.

2. The relevant amount is recorded as a credit to the current account to be deducted from the customer’s next order.

3. Payment refund is made by the method determined as a result of mutual agreement.
