Shipping Policy

As Vip Stones (MTAS Tekstil Sanayi ve Limited Şirketi), we care about the safe and fast delivery of your products in our wholesale and export-oriented operations. Our shipping processes are managed based on the following principles:

1. Preparation and Delivery Times

• In-Stock Products: Orders placed from our ready stock are delivered to the cargo or logistics company within 1-3 business days following payment approval.

• Custom Production & Private Label: In custom production requests, the delivery time is determined based on the order quantity, model complexity, and production line density. These times are notified to the parties in the cooperation agreement.

2. Shipping Methods

• Domestic Shipments: Wholesale orders across Turkey are sent via contracted cargo companies or warehouses. For specific regions within Istanbul, the possibility of shipment with our own vehicles can be evaluated.

• International (Export) Shipments: Due to our export-oriented structure, shipments are made with road, sea, or air transport options. The delivery term (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.) is determined at the order stage.

3. Shipping Fees

• In our wholesale model, unless otherwise agreed, shipping and logistics costs belong to the buyer.

• For large-scale orders and special campaign periods, the shipping fee may be covered by us; this situation is specified during the billing stage.

4. Damaged and Missing Packages

• The responsibility of checking the packages upon receipt against damages that may occur during the shipment of the products belongs to the buyer.

• In case of obvious damage, tearing, or wetness on the outer packaging, a “Damage Assessment Report” must be drawn up with the cargo officer, and the package should not be received.

• For missing or defective products noticed after delivery, you must contact us within 7 business days.

5. Address and Contact Information

To avoid disruption of shipments, the buyer’s address, authorized person’s information, and phone number must be up to date. Our company is not responsible for delays and additional shipping costs arising from incorrect address notification.
