Vip Stones (MTAS Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi), our working principles within the framework of our wholesale production and export-oriented structure are stated below:
1. Working Model
Our company primarily specializes in high-capacity production and wholesale supply. Two different options are offered for our business partners who want to do dropshipping:
Vip Stones (MTAS Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi) is a textile company engaged in wholesale production and export activities in the field of menswear. With its strong production infrastructure and quality-oriented approach, it offers reliable and sustainable solutions to its business partners.
Our company realizes high-volume production in compliance with standards for menswear products such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, shirts, sweaters, and similar items.
Individual Shipping: The orders received by the business partner are packaged and sent directly to the end consumer from Vip Stones warehouses.
2. Application and Registration
To be included in the dropshipping system, it is mandatory to be a business owner and submit a tax plate. We do not work with individuals making personal sales (non-taxpayers) within the scope of this model. Pre-applications for registration procedures are taken via the line +90 535 077 0983.
3. Collaboration Models
Wholesale Product Supply
Bulk purchases can be made from our existing collections. Our products are regularly updated in line with current trends and market needs.
Private Label Production
Production is carried out with models, fabrics, measurements, and details specific to brands. Sample and production processes are planned in line with the requests.
Request and Evaluation Process
For production or supply requests to be evaluated, company information and product details must be submitted via the relevant form. Applications are reviewed, and feedback is provided based on eligibility.
4. Production and Delivery
The production time is determined based on the nature of the product and the order quantity. Orders are dispatched after passing through quality control processes.
5. Return and Exchange Management
In the dropshipping model, returns from the end consumer within the scope of the “right of withdrawal” are the responsibility of the business partner. Vip Stones only accepts returns in cases of production defects or incorrect product shipments. Size exchanges or arbitrary returns must be included in the business partner’s own inventory management.
6. Payment Terms
Dropshipping orders are processed after being collected in advance (wire transfer/EFT/credit card) through the system or via designated payment methods. Deferred payment or cash on delivery options are not applied in this model.
